Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375˚F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush about one-third of the glaze over the top.
- Bake the salmon for 10 minutes, then brush with the second portion of the glaze.
- Return the salmon to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
