Delicious blondies with apples and maple glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fold in diced apples.
- Spread batter in a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Drizzle maple syrup over warm blondies.
- Cool before slicing.
