- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup mango puree (fresh or canned)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs

- Mango slices and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix crumbs and butter; press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar; add mango puree and vanilla.
- Add eggs, mixing gently. Pour into the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 mins; cool gradually.
- Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
- Whip cream, spread on top, and garnish with mango and mint.
