Description

A delightful dessert combining the creaminess of cheesecake with the tropical sweetness of mangoes.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mango puree (fresh or canned)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Mango slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix crumbs and butter; press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar; add mango puree and vanilla.
  4. Add eggs, mixing gently. Pour into the crust.
  5. Bake for 50-60 mins; cool gradually.
  6. Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Whip cream, spread on top, and garnish with mango and mint.
