Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk orange Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water until fully dissolved.
  2. Stir in 1 cup cold water and refrigerate for 20–25 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Whisk in instant vanilla pudding until creamy.
  4. Gently fold in Cool Whip, drained mandarin oranges, and mini marshmallows.
  5. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until fully set.
