Description

Lucky Charms Snack Mix is a colorful and delightful treat combining the magical charm of Lucky Charms cereal with crunchy pretzels, popped popcorn, festive sprinkles, and creamy white chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 cups Lucky Charms cereal
  • 3 cups pretzels
  • 6 1/2 cups popped popcorn
  • 10 ounces M&M’s
  • 3/4 cup sprinkles of your choice
  • 1 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts (optional)
  • 4 cups good quality white chocolate, chopped or white candy melts (24 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the snack mix from sticking as it sets.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Lucky Charms cereal, pretzels, popped popcorn, M&M’s, sprinkles, and peanuts if using, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  3. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, carefully melt the white chocolate in short 20-30 second bursts, stirring thoroughly between each burst until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the combined dry ingredients and stir well to coat all pieces evenly with the chocolate.
  5. Transfer the coated mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly. Allow it to cool and set for about 10 to 15 minutes until the white chocolate firms up.
  6. Once the chocolate has fully set, break the snack mix into desired pieces. Store the mix in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
