- 2 oz raspberry vodka (Chilled)
- 1 oz triple sec (Orange liqueur)
- 1 oz cranberry juice (Unsweetened)
- 1/2 tbsp dragon fruit (Fresh or frozen pieces)
- 1/2 oz lime juice (Freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 cup pink sanding sugar (For the rim)
- ice cubes (For shaking)
- 4 strawberries (Garnish)
- 4 sprigs mint (Garnish)
Instructions
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of the shot glasses and dip into pink sugar.
- Muddle dragon fruit chunks in a cocktail shaker to release juice and seeds.
- Add vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, lime juice, and ice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the shaker feels frosty.
- Strain into the prepared glasses and garnish with strawberry and mint.
