Description

A refreshing twist on the classic tiramisu, this Lemon Tiramisu features creamy lemon mascarpone layers and coffee-soaked ladyfingers, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee and layer them in a serving dish.
  5. Spread half of the lemon mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and the remaining creamy topping.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Garnish with extra lemon zest or fresh berries when ready to serve.
