A refreshing and delightful Korean Strawberry Milk that takes just 10 minutes to prepare, combining fresh strawberries and creamy milk into a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 10 ounces fresh strawberries
- 3–4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Zest from 1/2 lemon (optional)
- 1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 2 cups cold milk
Instructions
- Hull and chop 6 ounces of fresh strawberries in a mixing bowl.
- Mash the strawberries until crushed, then blend with sugar and optional lemon zest and juice.
- Simmer the mixture in a pot over medium-low heat for 2-5 minutes until it thickens into syrup.
- Cool the syrup and transfer to the fridge to chill.
- In glasses, divide the cooled syrup evenly and top with diced strawberries.
- Pour in 2 cups of cold milk and stir gently to combine before serving.
Notes
For added flavors, consider using vanilla extract or lemon. Adjust sugar to taste.
