Instructions
- Gather all ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and bell peppers until softened (about 10 minutes).
- Add ground meat and minced garlic, season with salt and pepper, cooking until meat is browned (about 10 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted (about 5 minutes).
- Assemble the roll-ups using low-carb wraps or lettuce leaves and secure with toothpicks. Serve warm.
