- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 2 cups cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups cheese (cheddar or gruyere)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Gather and chop broccoli and cauliflower (5 minutes).
- Make the cheese sauce: In a medium saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until simmering. Stir in cheese, garlic powder, and season with salt & pepper (10 minutes).
- Combine and mix: In a large bowl, mix cooked sausage, chopped vegetables, and cheese sauce. Transfer to a greased baking dish (5 minutes).
- Bake until golden: Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) until the top is golden and bubbling (10 minutes).
Notes
