Description

A quick, creamy, and delicious keto-friendly Au Gratin dish featuring broccoli, cauliflower, and sausage.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 2 cups cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cheese (cheddar or gruyere)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Gather and chop broccoli and cauliflower (5 minutes).
  2. Make the cheese sauce: In a medium saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until simmering. Stir in cheese, garlic powder, and season with salt & pepper (10 minutes).
  3. Combine and mix: In a large bowl, mix cooked sausage, chopped vegetables, and cheese sauce. Transfer to a greased baking dish (5 minutes).
  4. Bake until golden: Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) until the top is golden and bubbling (10 minutes).
