Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, crushed pineapple (with juice), vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated. Add shredded coconut if desired.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9×13-inch baking pan.
