  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 8 oz lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté chopped onion in olive oil until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
