Description

A delightful Cherry Garcia Fudge made with creamy white chocolate and tart cherries, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: chopped cherries, chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts, pecans), pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract after removing from heat.
  3. Fold in mix-ins and pour into a lined 9×9-inch baking pan.
  4. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
  5. Cut into squares and enjoy!
