Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 12 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • Fresh blackberries for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into the bottoms of mini cheesecake pans.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream and mix until combined.
  4. Pour cream cheese mixture over crusts, filling each about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, then cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Top with fresh blackberries before serving.
