- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- Fresh blackberries for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into the bottoms of mini cheesecake pans.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream and mix until combined.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over crusts, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, then cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with fresh blackberries before serving.
