- 12 large butter lettuce leaves

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping green onions, mincing garlic, and ginger.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as needed.
- Stir in ginger, garlic, and green onions once the turkey is cooked through. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Mix in water chestnuts, soy sauce, and lime juice. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until combined.
- Spoon filling into lettuce leaves, top with cilantro if desired, and enjoy!
