Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix lemon cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until combined.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls, then coat each in powdered sugar.
- Place balls on the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
