Ingredients

Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by dicing onions and measuring ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture and shape into 2-inch patties.
- Cook the patties on a preheated skillet or grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
- If using cheese, add during the last minute of cooking to melt.
