Easy Hot Honey Peach Chicken Wings: An Incredible 7-Step Recipe
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 ripe peaches, diced
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If you prefer grilling, prepare your grill accordingly.
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
- For enhanced flavor, let the wings marinate for 15-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through. If grilling, cook over medium heat for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
- While the wings are cooking, combine the diced peaches and hot honey in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat until the peaches soften and the mixture becomes syrupy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven or grill. Toss them in the hot honey peach sauce until they are well coated.
