- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Measure and prepare all ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt until the sugar is dissolved.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, usually 20-30 minutes until soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2-4 hours to harden.
