Delightful Hershey’s S’mores Cupcakes combining fluffy chocolate cake with gooey marshmallows and rich chocolate.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Hershey’s chocolate bar, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a standard cupcake tin by lining it with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix; lumps are okay!
- Gently fold in mini marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, and chocolate chips.
- Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter.
- Top each cupcake with chopped Hershey’s chocolate bar.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a more intense chocolate flavor, use dark cocoa powder instead of regular cocoa powder. Add mini marshmallows halfway through baking for a gooey topping.
