Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Tortillas
  • Cooked Chicken Breast
  • Fresh Vegetables: romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, bell peppers
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Cheese: shredded cheese (optional)
  • Avocado
  • Spices: garlic powder, cumin, paprika

Instructions

  1. Season the cooked chicken breast with garlic powder, cumin, and paprika. You can grill or sauté until heated through and slightly crispy.
  2. Heat the whole wheat tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
  3. On the center of each tortilla, spread a couple of tablespoons of Greek yogurt. Then, add a generous handful of romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, and sliced avocado.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken on top of the vegetables, followed by a sprinkle of cheese if using.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it from the bottom up to form a wrap.
  6. For a crunchy finish, place the wrap seam-side down in the same skillet over medium heat. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve with extra Greek yogurt or salsa on the side for dipping!
