Healthy Chicken Crunch Wrap Recipe for a Delicious Meal!
Ingredients
- Whole Wheat Tortillas
- Cooked Chicken Breast
- Fresh Vegetables: romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, bell peppers
- Greek Yogurt
- Cheese: shredded cheese (optional)
- Avocado
- Spices: garlic powder, cumin, paprika
Instructions
- Season the cooked chicken breast with garlic powder, cumin, and paprika. You can grill or sauté until heated through and slightly crispy.
- Heat the whole wheat tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- On the center of each tortilla, spread a couple of tablespoons of Greek yogurt. Then, add a generous handful of romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, and sliced avocado.
- Place the seasoned chicken on top of the vegetables, followed by a sprinkle of cheese if using.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it from the bottom up to form a wrap.
- For a crunchy finish, place the wrap seam-side down in the same skillet over medium heat. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve with extra Greek yogurt or salsa on the side for dipping!
