- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- Purple food coloring + sliced pimento-stuffed green olives
- Orange food coloring + curly parsley
- Green food coloring + black sesame seeds
- Pitted whole black olives
Instructions
- Place yolks in a bowl and mash until smooth.
- Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, and salt until creamy.
- Divide the yolk mixture into 4 bowls.
- For Eyeball Deviled Eggs: Mix purple food coloring into one bowl. Fill whites, then top with sliced pimento-stuffed green olives to mimic eyeballs.
- For Pumpkin Deviled Eggs: Tint another bowl orange. Pipe filling into whites. Drag a toothpick across to create pumpkin ridges. Garnish with parsley for stems.
- For Spooky Green Deviled Eggs: Add green coloring into the third bowl. Fill whites, then sprinkle with black sesame seeds for extra eerie vibes.
- For Spider Deviled Eggs: Leave one bowl plain. Fill whites, then cut black olives into bodies and legs. Place spiders on top for a creepy finish.
