Ingredients

- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
- Balsamic vinaigrette or dressing of choice
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes each side.
- Combine mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and avocado in a bowl.
- Slice the steak and add to the salad, drizzle with olive oil & dressing, and sprinkle with feta.
- Toss gently and serve.
