Description

A flavorful and nutritious salad featuring grilled steak and fresh greens, perfect for quick weeknight meals or leisurely weekends.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 8 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
  • Balsamic vinaigrette or dressing of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes each side.
  4. Combine mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and avocado in a bowl.
  5. Slice the steak and add to the salad, drizzle with olive oil & dressing, and sprinkle with feta.
  6. Toss gently and serve.
