- 1.5 pounds of sirloin steak (or your favorite cut)

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks

Instructions
- Marinate the Steak: In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add steak cubes and toss until coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prep the Veggies: Chop up the veggies and toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Skewer It Up: Thread the marinated steak and veggies onto the soaked skewers.
