Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), chia seeds, vanilla extract, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
- If using, stir in your optional add-ins.
- Scoop a tablespoon of the dough and form balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, until golden.
