- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Wash the grapes and remove the skins if desired.
- Puree grapes in a blender until smooth. Strain if you want a smoother texture.
- Combine grape puree with heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Scoop and serve in bowls or cones, and enjoy!
