Ingredients

- 2 cups seedless grapes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Wash the grapes and remove the skins if desired.
- Puree the grapes in a blender until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine grape puree with heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Scoop and serve the Grape Ice Cream in bowls or cones.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream and milk with coconut cream and non-dairy milk.
