Description

A delightful Grape Ice Cream that combines sweet grapes with a creamy texture, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups seedless grapes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the grapes and remove the skins if desired.
  2. Puree the grapes in a blender until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine grape puree with heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  5. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
  6. Scoop and serve the Grape Ice Cream in bowls or cones.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream and milk with coconut cream and non-dairy milk.
