Ingredients

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, sugar, milk, and vanilla until combined.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely on wire racks before frosting.
