A delightful combination of chocolate brownies and rich pecan pie filling, these Gooey Pecan Pie Brownie Bombs are a quick and irresistible treat for the whole family.

- 1 recipe for an 8×8 pan of brownies (prepared without nuts)
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 egg
- 1 & 3/4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- Pinch of salt
- 1 package chocolate almond bark, melted
- Additional pecans for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare brownies according to instructions and let cool completely.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 6-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix egg, sugar, corn syrup, butter, and salt; pour over pecans in greased dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until slightly jiggly.
- Cut brownies into 16 pieces, fill each with pecan filling, and roll into balls.
- Chill the brownie bombs, then dip into melted chocolate and garnish with additional pecans.
- Refrigerate until set, then enjoy!
Notes
Ensure brownies cool completely before assemblage to prevent crumbling.
