- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin tin with liners.
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
- Portion batter into muffin liners and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Cool slightly and enjoy.
