Description

Quick and easy Gooey Cinnamon Cream Cheese Muffins that are incredibly moist and flavorful, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin tin with liners.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
  5. Portion batter into muffin liners and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  6. Cool slightly and enjoy.
