Description

Create a spooktacularly delicious Ghost S’mores Dip for your Halloween celebrations. This easy, no-bake dessert features a rich chocolate base topped with melted marshmallows and decorated with mini chocolate chips for a ghostly appearance. Perfect for parties and family gatherings, it’s a fun and festive treat that’s ready in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Ghost Marshmallows or Ghost Peeps (regular marshmallows can be substituted)
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (dark chocolate chips can be substituted)
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream (coconut cream can be substituted for a dairy-free option)
  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips (regular chocolate chips can be substituted)
  • Graham Crackers, pretzels, or sliced apples for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In an oven-safe skillet, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and heavy cream.
  3. Stir gently until the mixture is smooth and the chocolate is fully melted, creating a luscious chocolate layer.
  4. Arrange the ghost marshmallows evenly over the chocolate mixture.
  5. Use the mini chocolate chips to create eyes and a mouth on each marshmallow for the ghostly decoration.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-8 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden-brown and the chocolate is bubbling.
  7. Serve the Ghost S’mores Dip immediately with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices for dipping.

Notes

  • For best results, keep a close eye on the marshmallows during baking as they can brown quickly.
  • If marshmallows start browning too fast, you can loosely cover the skillet with aluminum foil.
  • This dip is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat the dip in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until warm and gooey.
