Description
Soft, spiraled pizza dough rolls filled with cheese and brushed with a savory garlic-herb butter. A perfect appetizer or side dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb pizza dough (Refrigerated or homemade)
- 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese (Shredded)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (Grated, divided)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (Melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (Minced)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (For flavor)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (Chopped)
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano (Herb)
- 1 pinch coarse salt (Garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Whisk melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and oregano.
- Roll dough into a rectangle. Brush with half the butter; sprinkle with mozzarella and half the parmesan.
- Roll dough into a log and slice into 12 pieces. Arrange in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush hot rolls with remaining butter and top with remaining parmesan and salt.
