Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Punch down the dough and spread it onto a greased baking sheet.
- Make dimples in the dough with your fingers, then drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, parmesan, and rosemary on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

For best results, use high-quality olive oil and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
