Description

A quick and easy dinner recipe featuring flavorful garlic and Parmesan cheese in a healthy chicken meatloaf.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and sticky.
  4. Form the mixture into loaf shapes and place them into a loaf pan or on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.

Notes
