- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and sticky.
- Form the mixture into loaf shapes and place them into a loaf pan or on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
Try adding a tablespoon of olive oil for extra moisture. Feel free to customize with your favorite herbs or vegetables.
