These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious combination of beef, cheese, and garlic wrapped in biscuit dough.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Once cooled, stir in shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each.
- Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and dried parsley (if using).
- Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the garlic Parmesan mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, then serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, garlicky goodness!
