- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by dicing your chicken breast into bite-sized cubes.
- In a skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until it foams but doesn’t brown.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cubed chicken to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes or for a herby flavor, toss in fresh thyme or rosemary.
