Description

Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger in a convenient roll-up form.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Once the beef is cooked, mix in the minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
  5. Open the package of crescent roll dough and unroll it on a clean surface. Separate the triangles.
  6. Spoon a generous amount of the beef and cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  7. Starting from the wide end, roll the dough up toward the point, enclosing the filling completely. Pinch the edges to seal.
  8. Place each rollup on the prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with a little garlic powder. Brush this mixture over each rollup.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rollups are golden brown.
  10. Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
