Description
Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger in a convenient roll-up form.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Once the beef is cooked, mix in the minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Open the package of crescent roll dough and unroll it on a clean surface. Separate the triangles.
- Spoon a generous amount of the beef and cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Starting from the wide end, roll the dough up toward the point, enclosing the filling completely. Pinch the edges to seal.
- Place each rollup on the prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with a little garlic powder. Brush this mixture over each rollup.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rollups are golden brown.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
