Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and combine just until you see no dry flour.
  4. Preheat a griddle or nonstick pan over medium-low heat, greased lightly with butter.
  5. Use a 1/4 cup measuring scoop to pour pancakes onto the pan. Cook until bubbling forms and the bottom turns golden brown, then flip and cook until both sides are nice and browned.
