Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set it aside.
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat the softened butter in a large bowl until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture gradually, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chunks.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
