A quick and easy recipe for delicious English muffin pizzas.

- 4 English muffins (split in half)
- 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or other toppings of your choice)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the split English muffins on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Spoon pizza sauce evenly over each half of the English muffins.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
- Top with pepperoni slices or any other toppings you prefer. Sprinkle with dried oregano and garlic powder if desired.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy your English muffin pizzas.
