Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lined baking sheet.
- Arrange sliced pears evenly over the pastry.
- Crumble Gorgonzola cheese over the pears, then drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with cracked black pepper.
