Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for about 3 minutes until tender.
  3. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan, then add the eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  4. Combine the rice and soy sauce, mixing everything evenly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
