Ingredients
Scale
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- Additional chocolate chips (for topping)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Caramel sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Slowly fold in the dry ingredients and then stir in the chocolate chips.
- Grease a deep-dish pizza pan or a springform pan. Press two-thirds of the cookie dough into the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth. Pour over the cookie dough crust.
- Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the cookie dough is golden brown.
- Let cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with caramel or a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
