Description

A delightful dessert combining cookie dough, cheesecake, and pizza for a perfect sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • Additional chocolate chips (for topping)
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. In another bowl, beat the softened butter and both sugars until creamy. Add in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Slowly fold in the dry ingredients and then stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Grease a deep-dish pizza pan or a springform pan. Press two-thirds of the cookie dough into the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth. Pour over the cookie dough crust.
  6. Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the cookie dough is golden brown.
  8. Let cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with caramel or a dollop of whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Allow the pizza to cool for easier slicing. This dessert can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
