Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup sugar, divided
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup German chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  2. Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. Beat egg yolks and 1/4 cup sugar until thick and pale.
  4. Fold in melted chocolate, flour, and remaining sugar.
