Description

A refreshing and quick salad that combines crunchy cucumbers with creamy ranch dressing, perfect for summer gatherings or as a light meal.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers into ¼-inch rounds.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add sliced cucumbers, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
