- 2–3 cups sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers into ¼-inch rounds.
- In a large mixing bowl, add sliced cucumbers, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled as a side dish or light lunch.
Notes
For a lighter version, use turkey bacon or omit bacon altogether. Allow the salad to sit overnight for deeper flavors.
