Description

Quick and easy ham and cheese pinwheels with a fresh herb garnish, perfect for gatherings or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and spread Dijon mustard.
  3. Layer ham and cheese on top.
  4. Roll it tightly and cut into 1-inch pinwheels.
  5. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden. Garnish and serve warm!
