A comforting and easy-to-make crockpot dish featuring savory steak, tender potatoes, and delicious toppings.
Ingredients

- 1 pound flank steak (or your favorite cut)
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Dice your potatoes and chop the onion.
- Layer the diced potatoes and chopped onions at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Season the flank steak with salt and pepper, and lay it on top of the potatoes and onions.
- Pour the beef broth over everything.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for about 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream, crumbled bacon, and fresh green onions on top.
