Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Wash and dry the baby potatoes. Cut them in half or quarters, depending on their size.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
