Instructions
- Prepare the Salmon: Start by patting the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with your chosen spices and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Air Fry the Salmon: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned salmon in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.
- Make the Slaw: In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, and any additional veggies. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour this dressing over the slaw and toss to combine.
- Warm the Tortillas: Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or wrap them in foil and place them in the air fryer for the last few minutes of salmon cooking.
- Assemble the Tacos: Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Place a few pieces on each tortilla, top with the slaw, and finish with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lime juice.
- Serve and Enjoy: Enjoy your air fryer salmon tacos immediately while they’re fresh and warm.
