Instructions
- Preheat your broiler to medium-high heat and gather all your ingredients and a medium saucepan.
- Combine the shredded white cheddar cheese and cream cheese over medium-low heat, stirring frequently for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Gradually whisk in the beer, garlic powder, and Dijon mustard, stirring continuously for around 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the cheese dip into an oven-proof skillet and reserve some shredded cheese to sprinkle on top.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with pretzels, chips, or veggie sticks.
